I had such a wonderful experience at ALLY21! Both the hairstylists, Yasin and Bhagwan did a fantastic job transforming my frizzy, rough,damaged and previously dyed hair into a beautiful brown and blonde colour! I’m extremely happy with how my hair turned out and really appreciate the care, effort, and attention to detail that Yasin and Bhagwan put into the transformation. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel comfortable throughout. The services were excellent, and we genuinely had a great time. I would definitely recommend ALLY21 to anyone looking for a beautiful hair transformation and a great overall experience!

It had been over a month since I got my hair Botox done at Ally21. When I started feeling like my hair had become dry, & rough, I didn’t think of going back to complain. I just assumed maybe hair Botox wasn’t the right treatment for me. I even left a blank 1 star review because I genuinely wasn’t sure what had gone wrong as I was even using the recommended shampoo plus installed a shower softener due to Pune water🤷🏻‍♀️. To my surprise, I received a call from the team the very same day. They didn’t try to defend themselves or brush it aside. Instead, they sincerely requested that I come in the next day so they could take a look. That effort alone spoke volumes to me. When I visited, I explained what had happened at another salon. The stylist there was in complete disbelief that I had gotten a hair Botox just a month earlier. He repeatedly insisted it wasn’t possible because, according to him, my hair was in such bad condition that he thought I was mistaken or not telling the truth. I found myself spending more time trying to convince someone that I’d actually had the treatment than enjoying the service I’d paid for. The team at Ally21 patiently heard me out, checked my hair, and did a touch up to bring it back to the standard they expect from their own work. They didn’t have to, especially after a month, but they chose to stand by their service. As someone who heads customer experience teams, I value businesses that genuinely care. It’s the effort and accountability that won me over. I’ve already marked my calendar to come back in four months for my next treatment, and next time I’m bringing my sister too.🫶🏻♥️
